Research & engagement
We work in partnership with organisations to design and deliver research that is inclusive, ethical and grounded in lived experience. By building trusted relationships with communities and applying robust research methods, we generate insight that is credible, practical and directly relevant to real-world decision making.
We support NHS, local authority and VCSE organisations to meet their involvement, equality and engagement duties and priorities through inclusive and ethical research and engagement.
We bring extensive experience of working with diverse and under-represented communities, ensuring that voices that are often unheard are meaningfully involved. Our approach provides clear, independent, impartial and value-driven insight that can be used confidently in commissioning, service design and service improvement.
