NHS Complaints Report

Between November 2023 and March 2024 a Hot Topic survey was carried out to find out about people’s experiences of NHS Complaints.

The survey explored how people found the different stages of the complaints process, and what stopped them from making a complaint if they were dissatisfied with the service involved. It also aimed to understand how people engage with the complaints process and identify barriers they face. We received 190 responses from people across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Their responses have been summarised in a presentation to provide a clear picture of patient views and experiences.
