Healthwatch Nottingham Annual Report 2014/15

Discover how Healthwatch Nottingham gave local people a voice in 2014/15. This report shows how we collected 845 experiences of health and social care services from across the city, with half coming from seldom-heard groups including older and younger people, carers, Black and minority ethnic communities, LGBT+ people, and refugees and asylum seekers.

Read about our new "Talk to Us" engagement points, our relaunched website and Information Line, our first insight project into young people's mental health services, and how we supported care homes and their residents through a challenging year. Find out how your feedback helped shape real conversations with local decision-makers.
